Ive read some negative reviews about the taste and I think the main thing to make sure to do is drink them cold and on ice. I fill up a big glass of ice and pour the shake in. I usually drink one before I excercise or after I excercise. Anytime of the day they can come in handy. They fill me up for a few hours and they have been helping me in my weight loss process. Definitely worth the money! VS Most Liked Negative Review Low Carb, Great Taste Alone the Atkins drink is not very filling. Reminds me of the taste of white cake batter. MMMMMMMMMMMM I use these shakes as a meal replacement probably 3 times a week. Put it in the blender with some ice cubes -- gives it some oomph and takes a long time to eat. and it really fills me up. Thanks, Atkins! The smell is quite pleasing but the taste is awful! From the first sip, I wanted to spit it out! It does have a vanilla type flavor, but it is very watery and [to me] tastes kind of chalky. I couldn't even drink it all. It was just that bad. I will never buy this product again!
