The blue color is lovely and it is really smooth. But For some reason it smudges very badly and makes my Eyes water so bad. I use many other eyeliners and they don't do this So it must be this liners formula.

I bought this eyeliner based on the good reviews and of course the cheap price. Should have known better! This eyeliner is horrible. It smudges very easily and barely last an hour maybe. The black eyeliner turns that weird grayish color after a while of having it on. I should have just threw in the extra dollars and bought the Loreal Infallilable eyeliner. I used that one previously and it worked great!!! No cons for that one.

I was really excited about this liner. After I received my package I immediately tried it on. But as soon as I blinked, the eyeliner smudged like crazy. It's absolutely unusable. Returning it as soon as possible.
