I've been using Maybelline eye products almost my entire life. I've tried more expensive eyebrow pencils but this one works the best for me. It matches my hair color and is easy to use. I use it to create my eyebrow shape and then fill in with the Ultra-brow.

Good eyeliner for a budget price. Very easy to apply, can make a thin line or thick, blends easily for a smokier look. The only drawback is that it can smudge a bit. Love Maybelline for my sensitive eyes.

I was very disappointed with this eyeliner. Usually I use Loreal Infallible but the store I was shopping at was out so I decided to try this one. It goes on smoothly and the smudger on the end is nice but this eyeliner does not last and I end up with raccoon eyes

goes on smooth, but smudges with in a couple hours. it seems to all end up on my lower lid, even when applied only to the top. I have always used cover girl , but i thought i'd try this when it was on sale. big mistake this smudges worse than Cover Girl Perfect Point Plus that i always used.

I agree with other comments I have read about this product that it is not long-lasting. But, I love how smoothly it goes on and that it has a soft look to it. I also love this color . . . I tried a lighter brown and it just made my eyes look like I had red circles under them. I just reapply in the afternoon if I need to. I also have lots of allergies and this liner never irritates my eyes.
