Eboost is the greatest little pick-me-up! It mixes with water and has a terrific tang-like flavor. Unlike caffeine or energy drinks, there is no "rush" and no let down. You just feel a little more perky. It does not interrupt sleep if you drink it late in the day.
The packets are easy to carry with you. You can add them to bottles water when on the road too. Just be sure to drink a little out of the bottle first to make room for the eboost. Everyone in our family loves this and uses it once or twice a week.

Neotame is another type of aspertame. These types of artificial sweeteners are very toxic. Most toxins are stored in your fat cells and high toxin build up makes loosing that fat very difficult. That's just ONE reason to watch out for un-natural additives in what you are ingesting. The good stuff in this product is mostly vitamin C and potassium along with electrolyte agents. These give you energy (Vitamin C) & help keep you from cramping (potassium) and keep your neurons lubricated & keep you hydrated (electrolytes). I recommend getting these good nutrients from other, more healthy sources.

I use this with 16 oz of water and sip through the day. I used with 8 oz of water and drank it quickly and it really gave me a blast of energy and caused me to see white spots, so diluting it works better for me that way. Works amazingly well when you are having a sluggish day and need a boost. Also is a nice hangover cure! You feel the energy boost within 5 minutes and there is no energy crash later.

The 24 packs seem hard to find at times. I prefer them over tablets. The tablets take so long to dissolve.

I don't expect much taste from any energy drink so I was surprised that I liked the taste of this one. I was using FRS but like this better. The slight fizz is nice. Really does give me a boost mid-afternoon.

I used to buy a similar product from Natrol that has been discontinued and this does not taste as good but seems a little more effective. They are cheaper than energy drinks and more portable which is why I like them but I wish they were a little bit cheaper since I use them a lot. It takes some time to dissolve but I have gotten used to that. Taste is tolerable but does not have as much 'fizz' as similar products I have tried and I think fizz helps mask the taste a bit.
