Don't waste your money! It's too late for me, but maybe you still have that six dollars in your pocket. I had high hopes while purchasing, but began to hate this eyeliner from the second I first applied it (right before I went to a friend's house). When I was applying, it was clumpy and hard to get on smoothly. The slightest touch would also smudge it beyond belief. However, I somehow made it look decent before leaving, then after a couple of hours at my friend's house, saw my reflection for the first time in her closet mirror-- I was horrified! The liner had run down all the way to my eye bags and creased as well. I found myself back at CVS again and bought Neutrogena Nourishing Eyeliner in Twilight Blue, which definitely beats any drugstore AND department store liner!

I usually love Maybelline, but this eyeliner isn't one of my favorites. It goes on easily, and the color is nice, but it melts and creates dark smudges under my eye. I put it on my eyelid, right at the last line, and it ends up under my eyes within about 6 hours. I'm constantly having to wipe it off. I just have to use very, very little and keep an eye on it. Just annoying.

This is a nice color of blue but I found that the liner began to fade and drop onto the area under my eyes within a few hours so I ended up with a pale blue smudge there. I have tried this with eye primer and without and the results were the same.
