While I have lots of hair, my hair is very fine. I like the fact that these bands do not pull on my hair and I use them to pull my hair up before putting it a bun.

These are OK. Prefer the flat versus these that are rounded. The elastic separates after minimal use which makes them virtually useless for a tight pony tail.

I've been using these for years. They don't have any metal parts or anything that can tangle/pull the hair. The only drawback I've found is that they stretch over time, and will eventually break at the seam.

These say size large and they might very well be, however I find them too tight wrapping twice for a ponytail. I have fine hair but lots of it. I would prefer more stretchiness, although these do have a good amount of stretch. Just not exactly what I wanted. They don't pull your hair which is a plus point. Also, these are a tad thicker than I like, too.
