I bake one loaf of bread a week. This gluten free product is so easy to make in the bread maker, and turns out consistently good each time. I just wish it weren't quite so expensive.

It overflows a 8 x 4 glass loaf dish. Makes two buns as well. In my oven the cooking time is far too long. Cut off the top burnt crust and then the bread is lovely for toast.

This was the first GF bread mix I have enjoyed. It was slightly sweet, fluffy, and delicious. I'm not one who likes to spend time in the kitchen, and I've never baked bread myself before. It was simple to make. I used it freshly baked with butter and also cut and dried pieces in the oven to make a wonderful stuffing for Thanksgiving. I will definitely buy this again.

My husband was diagnosed with celiac disease nearly 2 years ago. After buying off the shelves and the already-made gluten-free breads in the freezer section of the store, we stumbled upon Pamela's products and are so thankful we did! This is the closest thing to "real" bread that we have found! I use the heels for bread crumbs which I then season, put in baggies and freeze. We just need a thinner slicer because it doesn't take long for the bread to be gone.

The recipe on the bag for three seed variation lets my husband eat "whole grain" bread which he loves! Thank God for my breadmaker! This recipe works well in the machine.

I use this in my bread-maker. It is the only healthy bread mix that REALLY works. I have to add just a bit more yeast than what is included, probably it is my breadmaker. At any rate, I cannot tell the difference from regular bread. Been looking for a year for a good bread mix. Now found :) THANKYOU PAMELA!!!

I just found this brand and love it. I love that it's all natural without dairy. For the Wheat Bread do I have to have a bread machine? I don't have one and would love to try this bread. I have tried cookies and cottage cheese and love the brand.
