Since becoming gluten free (about 6 months ago) I've been on a quest to find a chocolate chip cookie that could live up to the classic recipe (you know, the one on the yellow and red bag) but everything I tried was coming up very very short. While working at a health food store a couple years ago, I had heard Gfree-ers rave about Pamela's products. Not all of the mixes hit the mark....but let me tell you, this one does! I made them with a couple friends (one celiac and one who eats gluten) and they both said they were the best cookies they had EVER had. The only thing that I added was about a 1/4 C. more chocolate chips. So yummy fresh out of the oven when they're still warm. Enjoy!

Pros: Easy To Prepare, Flavorful

While this is a wonderful product, drugstore does not always have fresh products. The last order I received was old!! I didn't realize it until after I made the cookies, and I ended up throwing them away. In the future I will be sure to check the date on the package before preparing them.
