This is the best children's product we've tried for seasonal allergies, taking care of itchy, watery eyes and sneezing without any drowsiness. I feel terrible though that it still contains aspartame and artificial colors that include aluminum, and am never quite certain if the other, sometimes negative, symptoms are somehow related to these other ingredients. I am hoping the company will replace these questionable ingredients with safer ingredients.
I received a free sample of Children's Claritin from BzzAgent. I like to use Claritin for my children's allergies. It really helps clear their stuffy noses so they don't develop sinus infections.
I rcvd free Claritin childrens chewables from BzzAgent and it has helped my girls get through spring so much better than last year. They are finally starting to clear up.
I received a full size sample from Bzzagent. I have two daughters that have seasonal allergies. The oldest who is 9 used to use Zyrtec. It never relieved her symptoms long enough if it relieved them at all. So I stopped using medications for it. I had tried other products, including store brand and again the same thing. As she got a little older her allergies seemed to not bother her as bad. Then my youngest daughter came along who is now 2 and recently started suffering as well. I recognized the symptoms immediatley, runny nose, watery eyes, sneezing. I tried the Children's claritin because I did not want her to suffer. I gave her the chewable tablet and was extremely surprised to find that it did actually work! Her nose stopped running and her eyes cleared up. They were no longer glassy and red. I was simply amazed. The 24 hour long lasting effect is a plus as well. I do not like to give a lot of medication to my children. So one tablet for my little one in a 24 hour period is definitley okay with me. It's great that it's over the counter and doesn't require going to the pediatrician every time her allergies act up. I do wish they had it in another flavor other than grape. She doesn't really care for that flavor. But otherwise, very satisfied!!
Spring has just sprung in Wisconsin (after a late giant snowfall) and my kids are sneezing like crazy. After talking to my pediatrician, he recommends Claritin for children with seasonal allergies. I tried it with my 7-year-old son and his symptoms were relieved. No more sneezing and runny noses. Claritin works for him! I really like a safe, child-friendly allergy medicine and I especially like the chewables - my son doesn't like liquid medicine - and it doesn't make him drowsy! I find the chewables pricey, but at the same time, I will willing to pay for relief for my son!
My son has allergies this time of the year related to the pollen in the air. Children's Clartin works wonders - we love it. Now we can plan outside and not have a sneezing fit.
I am honestly pretty disappointed in this product. I am a Bzz Agent and received this for a product review. Children's Claritin did not help either of my children with their allergies. I would not recommend this product or buy it in the future. I am hesitant to give my kids any meds and it's very discouraging to medicate them and have no benefit from the medication at all. I will not be purchasing Children's Claritin in the future.
