I use this twice a day and began that about 3 years ago. I began having breakouts but really did not want to spend a ton of money to get results. This was one of the first products I tried. Within a month my breakouts cleared up and became fewer and less often. I still get an occassional blemish here and there but have found this product to work. On the down side you do have to be carefull not to get it on colored fabrics as it wil bleach them. If you leave it on for more than a minute or so it will redden the skin and irritate it similar to a sunburn feel. But for clear skin I am willing to be careful and time myself while washing to make sure not to have it on the skin too long. When I do that I find it hardly irritates my skin at all. There is a kit that includes a soothing lotion to help with the irritation but I found it left my skin greasy and so I only use the cleanser. IT WORKS!

Im 27 hispanic with combo skin and live in a humid climate. Although ive never used the name brand stuff of this, I think this is just as good for moderate acne. Ive been breaking out after 3 years of working nights and getting little sleep. It does tend to irritate my skin a tiny bit, but nothing i cant handle. I also use the moistuizer with it. During winter, you might want to try a heavier moisturizer since this one is pretty light and soaks in quick. I use Yes to Tomatoes for that. Also every week and 1/2 I use I-Skin Pore Perfecting System with their vibrating brush to really get deep in. This regimen has worked wonders for me.

I used more expesive cleansers for years and have found this to be just as effective at a fraction of the cost.

This product works. I 've tried just about everything over the counter. I use this twice a day. At night I use zapzyt, which is another effective product. Both are relatively cheap.

I got really bad acne after I had my son. I started using this and in a few weeks my skin was clearer, softer, and more even. I use this at night and a moisturizer in the morning. It works great!

Works well but can irritate and dry out skin if used too often. I limited my use to washing my face in the morning with this and a gentler calming cleanser at night and that combination works well for me.

i used to buy this product in the kit a couple years ago. it worked great and kept my face clear for awhile. i just recently bought it again because i started breaking out a lot from stress. i used it for 2 months and it didn't do a thing, it actually made my face worse. after using it my face became really oily and i broke out worse. i found out they changed the product ingredients. i won't be buying this again. i purchsed the severe acne kit 2 days ago and my face is already much better.

Wow, I couldn't believe this stuff worked, I'm 34 with moderate acne that started when I was 15, as you might guess, I've tried just about everything short of plastic surgery. My face got pretty bad breakouts about a month ago because stress at work and none of the products I was using seemed to worked (mostly Salicylic acid) that's when I change to this wash, use it twice daily in combination with the Alpha Hydrox AHA Enhanced Lotion at night and stop using any moisturizer (seem to clogged my pores) my face is pretty oily anyways. After a month all I can say is WOW! why didn't I try this sooner, my face is cleaner, smaller pores, restore brightness and %99 of acne is gone, very few breakouts now (and they're gone pretty quickly). What I'm doing differently is that in the mornings I shave using this cleanser, I'm not using any other creams or moisturizers during the day and at night after washing again with the cleanser, I apply a small amount of the alpha hidroxy cream, that's it! It seemed that my skin was not only stressed because of work but also because of all the stuff I was putting on to try to clear my acne, now this simple regime is working very good.

i've been using acne free for about two weeksso far it's better then anything else i tried . i just use the cleaser and aspot treament at night i still break out but less then before . makes by face feel so smooth give it a try.

With all the pricey products out there that don't work...this value is fantastic. It cleared my skin quickly and has kept it that way for 3 years.
