Nice blue/violet purple in pan. Looks like it's pigmented but it is not. Took forever to apply it, using both the sponge applicator and my brushes. Went on very sheer. Tried it wet, it looks better as a liner only. Too bad. Won't be buying any more of Cover Girl's singles. Their quads are better.

I love this eyeshadow and its name is correct, it really makes your eyes pop with color. I have brown eyes and have been looking for a purple that had some depth to it. This shadow doesn't come off or fade in a couple of hours like some I have tried. I use this over my eyeliner and it lasts all day.
