This is a great dumb bell for work out. It helps with my flabby arms and it is extremely easy to use and hold on to. I love it so much that I will need to use it everyday. The DVD that comes with the kettlebell really helps with my exercise routine too. Check out [@], they have some good videos for kettle bell workout as well!
