My first feeder broke. Replaced it. New timer does not work. But old one does. How do I get a new timer? I love this product. We have a doggy door and this feeder and can leave our dog at home for a couple of days and he is just fine. He weighs 115 pounds and no one enters our property.

This feeder was very difficult to set the program for weekly or even daily feedings. In addition, although I purchased "small bites" dry food so it would be easier to dispense, the food kept clogging through the small opening dispensing the food. In addition, the rotating arm needs adjustment. When the feeder is not full and the raised rotating arm is stirring the contents, it does not move or even touch the food under the rotating arm, therefore, no food is dispensed. For the cost of this feeder, I do not recommend it.

Works great does have a design flaw that jams food. If you break off a small piece of plastic it works fine.

Great for feeding our dog and he just loves it. Waits for his food to come out. Directions for programming it are a little vague but you can can call the company for help. Highly reccommend this feeder - nice design.
