This is a great product....have used since first came out.
Original design had flaws, and had to buy replacement, but new design makes it easy to just drop in refill tab. I have two bathrooms and one is used infrequently....even one that's rarely used stay sparkling.
I am disabled so I am always looking for products to keep my home clean with least amount of effort. I totally recommend.

This product is a knock off of NeverScrub. It doesn't even deserve 1 star. I was confused and thought they were both the same. I bought this and tried it and after 2 days, my bowl was dirrrrty! I returned it immediately. I called Kaboom and they told me that they are not NeverScrub. I looked at the box and i misread it and it is in fact NOT NeverScrub. There used to be a Kaboom NeverScrub. I did some homework bc all this confusion really got me curious and angry. Apparently, kaboom never owned the rights to NeverScrub so they probably decided to copy NeverScrub and make their own product. Now they have their own product called Kaboom Scrub Free. I have been a NeverScrub user for 8 years now. I have never cleaned my bowl since except when i briefly changed to Scrub Free. Now, NeverScrub is harder to find but it is THE original folks. NeverScrub recently changed their design to be new and improved and is in orange packaging. It is sooo cool. NeverScrub improved on their already great product to be better than ever!! Plus NeverScrub is proudly made in USA. It really is quality and it works! Kaboom Scrub Free is not, probably made cheap in China. I wouldn't care but it really doesn't work. Anyways, I got my new NeverScrub kits and I am back to being a happy camper. I am a loyal NeverScrub user!
Not for use on all toilets. Nowhere in the product description does it mention the fact that the clip that holds this device inside the toilet tank can only fit tanks with a certain thin style of rim. Ours is a normal-looking toilet in every respect (Church brand), but its tank has a thicker wall where the clip needs to attach, so it wouldn't work. Of course, by the time you've realized this you've opened the package and can't return it. We used an oversized paper clip to try to jury-rig it to hang in the tank, and it seems to be staying in place for now. Hope the paper clip doesn't rust. It's annoying that they don't just include an extra, wider clip or redesign the one they supply now to accommodate all types of tanks. Or, at the very least, they should warn you prominently that it only works on certain brands before you waste your money.
I have used this product for over two years and was very disappointed to find out that the company no longer did an automatic shipment. When I called they suggested DrugStore.com.. Nothing I have ever used works as well as this product.. Never scrub a toilet again, even removes old stains over time.
This is the only thing I've found that really works. Drop-ins just weren't doing it and they warp the plastic stopper. You still have to scrub the toilet out every now and then and every 3 months refill the tablets. Nice and easy to use.
Months of no toilet scrubbing - yay! Had to "install" it by connecting a tube but totally worth it. Refills are hard to find in store - Thank you Drugstore.com for having them available.
After living with this system in our master bathroom for over a year, I decided our other 2 toilets needed star treatment too! All you need to install and use comes in the box - only possible "con" comes with toilets not often flushed when a strong chlorine odor can fill the bowl.
I first found this product at [@] and decided to give it a try, I mean who wants to be cleaning the toilet all the time! (By the way, [@] doesn't have it anymore, so I order it online) This system works exactly as it claims to, and does last about 3 months! I like to keep the lid on my toilet closed, so I have a lot of trouble with mildew growth, but not since I've been using the Kaboom Scrub Free Toilet Cleaning System! My toilet bowl is sparkling clean all the time now!
This product is very effective. I use conventional tablets for swimming pool care (Chlorine) and crunch them up an insert. However, they provide a very powerful treatment. So, one needs to be careful to keep the system closed. My systems leak and spray strong chemically treated water onto the inner workings of the tank and sometimes corrode these parts. But, because the system is so effective, I just deal with the problems.
Does a fine job and is easy to set up. However, it does leave a slight chlorine smell in the bowl. Not a huge deal, but something to be aware of if you are sensitive to smells.
Clean toilet bowl thoroughly, including under the rim, prior to using.
Clip system on back of tank.
Locate existing refill tube in your tank and attach to the side of the system that has no tube (a new refill tube has been provided for use if needed).
Place the other tube in the overflow pipe, using attached clip to secure. Note: tube can be secured over the top of system to optimize fit in a tight space.
Unscrew cap. Using scissors, cut open the refill pouch. Gently slide BOTH refill tablets into the system.
Screw the cap back on the system securely. Place refill remainder sticker on side of tank.
