Indications
Helps loosen phlegm (mucus) and thin bronchial secretions to rid the bronchial passageways of mucus

I take 2 in the a.m. and 2 at bedtime (2 mid-day if it is a 'bad breathing day'. This keeps my daily mucus build-up in my lungs thinned out for easier ability to cough up. No icky tasting liquid Guaifenesin to deal with...yippie!!! I have asthma, COPD, pleural adhesions and a spinal condition that hampers my lungs from expanding; all of these conditions make for quite a bit of trapped mucus. So along with my daily Rx and nebulizer treatments, this Air Power Guaifenesin helps greatly to thin out and help dislodge the ever present bacteria laden mucus that inevitably lands me in the hospital with double pneumonia.

This product is excellent. I was dealing with sinus infection for over two months...and filled with mucus that was not clearing up! Switched from Tylenol cold and sinus to Guaifenesin expectorant, and the mucus began drying up IMMEDIATELY. This is a must have for coughs, colds, flu, and nasal congestion!

With most decongestants I have increased blood pressure and heart rate. I don't with this product. I also have lots of allergies. Most of the musinex type products add corn starch but this one doesn't.
It would be nice if you didn't have to take it so often.
