I have straight hair and need a product with ample volume and hold qualities to give it body. This mousse seems as good as any in the category, but doesn't strike me as exceptional. Especially for the slightly higher price point than many others. Regardless, I will use it- at least until the dispenser fails! It seems fragile and alittle finicky.

Versatile--can use on damp or dry hair. Only concern is whether dispenser will last as long as mousse does. I've tried many different brands from bargain to professional, and with every one, the dispenser stops dispensing foam while there is still a lot of product inside the can.

I read the reviews and was leery- how could it be so much better than the cheaper stuff I use? But I decided to splurge and try it. Wow. It adds so much volume, feels light, does not look at all as if I have product in my hair, and holds until I wash my hair-which can be as much as three days. Three days of hold without other products! I think I am saving enough on the texturizer and spray I am not using to justify the price of this mousse. Try it!

I normally have found mousse to be heavy/greasy but this product is light and really adds volume my hair. I have curly hair and use it when I rock curls, or straighten it - both works great. I trusted the Nexxus name and was not disappointed.

Best 'drug-store' available brand I've found. I have very fine straight-ish hair and before trying this product several months ago, have been using the Phyto extra volume w/ Myrrh extract which is double the price-yet equally effective.

I use this before blow-drying, and it adds body and light hold without extra weight, stickiness or stiffness.

This is one of the first products I have used that doesn't leave flakes in my hair. I also use less than other products and is not stiff.
