This one does everything it is supposed to do and it takes only few seconds to perform its duties. This Prep Machine has actually 3 speeds. Slow , medium speed and fast speed. you have to slide that lever in between Hi and Lo to achieve Medium speed. Most of the jobs can be achieved by using only Lo speed. At Lo speed, ingredients splatter less out of your bowl.

Overall, I'm happy with this purchase. Although I have gotten a chance to use it in "peel" mode. But I'm sure it will perform well. I think , using a right speed for the right job is the key!

I hate that I have to keep plugging this thing in after every-other use. All I use it for is to beat some eggs in the morning. I use it maybe 60 seconds each day and by day 3 it has completely run out of juice. The worst part is that it takes more than half a day for it to recharge! And you can't simply plug it in and it will work (it's not like AC power) -- it definitely needs time to charge.
The peeler function is a little awkward to use, especially for smaller potatoes. I don't really see it as a time saver but it doesn't strain the wrist as much. The negative here is that you have "fuzzy" potatoes after you're done -- it's not a smooth peeled potato.
Aside from these flaws, the thing works very well for scrambling eggs.
I bought a knock-off brand that has just one speed instead of low/high and the battery is much better there.

I had an Aerolatte, battery operated frother before this one and was happy, but this one is amazing. Has a charger, (no batteries, yeah!), and froths the milk in a nanosecond. Haven't tried all the attachments yet.
