I have such puffy eyes that I have considered having plastic surgery to eliminate the swelling permanently. This product, however, has given me hope that I will not have to do that. I use this product with eye cream and an eye make-up primer with SPF 15. If used by itself, I'm not sure this product would be very effective, but used in conjunction with my normal eye care routine, I think it works great. After a week or two I noticed my dark circles looked significantly lighter. It took about 6 weeks for me to notice a significance difference in the puffiness. Please give this product time to work (you have plenty of product). I've had the same roller for 4 months (I use it every day) and it is still full. I really can't say anything negative about this product. Just don't expect instant results. 1 week is really not long enough to notice any kind of major change; give it some time.

There was nothing great about this product. It didn't do anything that it claims it's supposed to do. It says there would be results after one week. I tried it for one week and there was no visible difference. It didn't reduce my puffiness at all and it did nothing for my dark circles. I really had a lot of hope for this product and I was thoroughly disappointed. I would never buy this product again.

I use this eye roller every morning and at night time. The roller gives you a cooling effect which I love. It also tightens the skin (de-puff effect?); however, it doesn't remove dark circles. Nothing has really worked for my dark circles anyway. I give it 4 stars because it actually does something and the price is not bad.

I have been fighting dark circles all my life and puffiness for the last 5 yrs. I've tried several other products--most recently, Regenerist eye sponges, and have found them lacking. However, I could see a difference the first time I used this product. The bags disappeared and the circles faded considerably. I use it twice a day and I'm sold! The price is fair, as well.

I saw this product on a blog and went out to buy it the same day. I keep two on hand. I use it in the morning and before bed. It has completely eliminated puffiness on my brow area and under my eye. Everyone says I look ten years younger.

I didn't use this consistently and found little results. But when a group of us at work used it every day, 2 to 3 times, wow! Our eyes lighten up of dark circles, puffiiness really left and we really were happy. Gor for it if you can be consistent . If not.. don't.. Thank you for a wonderful product. If nothing else the cool roller on the eyes is WONDERFUL!!!!
