I think this works really well, especially in a dry house. It doesn't seem to last 12 hours though, more like 4.

As a chronic sinus sufferer, I am always in search of the most effective and longest lasting treatments for my congestion. While there are many products out there that offer relief, I've not yet found anything that delivers like this nasal spray. It relieves nasal congestion in minutes and lasts for most of the day. I can finally sleep again! A big plus with this spray, I found, is that there is no associated burning sensation in the nasal passages after use (like a lot of the other nasal sprays I tried). I'm a huge fan.

I picked this up on a whim after seeing the TV commercial. I hate to be susceptible to advertising, but it happens to everyone. I have chronic sinus pressure, headaches from that pressure, and a constantly runny nose. I've tried many things, including ibuprofen, acetaminophen, sinus-specific OTC meds, and even rinsing with a neti pot, but nothing has been as effective as this stuff. I'm an instant fan!
