I tried this product when a friend had it, and it seemed okay, I didn't mind the mild baby powder scent. I bought it for myself, along with a sample pack of shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash (all carrots, not tomato or any of the other lines). I used the shampoo and conditioner right away, and liked them, so I bought full size containers. Around the same time, I began using the face wash. It had a terrible, mildew smell, like old laundry or something moldy. I was completely put off by it, the smell was pungent and gross, not at all like my friend's had smelled. I actually thought it had "gone bad", if that's possible with face cleansers. Unfortunately, the conditioner was the same way. There was no sweet baby powder scent, but a terrible mold/mildew smell. It was not at all like the sample size. To make a long story short, I contacted Yes To Carrots first by email, and receive no response (over a matter of weeks). Next, I phoned, and explained the situation to a customer service rep, who assured me someone would call me back to discuss the matter. No one ever did. Finally, I wrote a letter, to headquarters, explaining the "bad" products. A woman phoned me back and left a voicemail, saying that they would replace the products, and to give her a call to set it up. I phoned her twice, leaving voicemails each time, and never heard from her again. In all of my interactions I was nothing but polite and sincere, hoping they would want to take the products back so they could figure out what made them smell so terrible. A company that treats their customers this way isn't worth my time. I've switched completely to Burts Bees and other natural, cruelty-free companies, and I suggest you do, too.

I use this just for eye make up remover. Just dab a pea size amount on a cotton pad, rub together with another cotton pad, and use one pad for each eye. One bottle has lasted me about a year, so it's a great buy.

Not a good eye makeup remover: too thick and creamy, stings, and just doesn't work. I've noticed that since using it I've been getting whiteheads around my eyes meaning I haven't been washing off all my mascara. It also smells like baby powder. I don't understand why Say Yes to Carrots stuff doesn't ever smell remotely natural. I will go back to Physician's Formula eye makeup remover.

This has the consistency of face lotion, and is not super easy to use as an eye makeup remover, too creamy for eyes, gets in eyes and stings. Probably great for all over makeup remover. No smell and great from a natural product standpoint

I use before I was my face. It removes all makeup very effectively. Works well on waterproof and regular mascara for me.

It works okay, but you sort of have to work at it to make sure everything is off. I wanted something without too many chemicals, but it just doesn't get the job done as well as other eye makeup removers. Maybe I will try Kiehls next

Tried it several times - irritated my eyes and doesn't rinse off well.

I LOVE this stuff! I love that it's a cream. I don't notice a scent to it either. I don't have to do much rubbing at all - but I don't wear eyeshadow (not lately anyway) and I don't use waterproof mascara. I'm also only using to remove eye makeup, not face makeup. This will be a permanent in my bathroom!

As soon as I started using this product my skin started to heal. I used everything on the market today & I'm allergic to them all. Hurray for yes-to-carrots...

I really like this makeup remover. I have tried so many high end ones and I hate spending over $30.00 on something that I'm just going to wash down the drain. This one works, and has a great price. I apply it to dry skin and massage in, paying more attention the the eye area since mascara always takes a little more effort to remove completely. I have normal to dry skin and this doesn't dry out my face or leave a greasy feel. It feels really rich on your face, but rinses clean. I will definitely repurchase.
