I have tried all available topical treatments for the pain caused by tight, sore muscles. I tend to hold "stress" in my neck and shoulder muscles and have had very little success with most products... even the highly touted "Freeze" products. I am 42 years old and, while I do not suffer from arthritis related pain, the muscle tension in my neck and shoulders has been an ongoing problem for the past 10 years.
"Joint Flex" has made a huge difference in how I feel. Every once in a while, I try to skip a day here and there... always with poor results. I like to use the product right after my shower to maintain muscle flexibility.
There do not appear to be any negative side effects from using it whenever needed. The only "negative" is the strong smell when applied. However, the smell disappears within minutes - as well as the pain. I usually experience relief from muscle pain within 10 minutes. This product is rarely carried in a grocery store and is difficult to find with any regularity in pharmacy stores. Even when I can find it, there are rarely more than 2 or 3 tubes in stock. The product is definitely on the expensive side compared to other topical treatments, but it is well worth the extra cost. In terms of pain relief, it pays for itself.

This would work for mild arthritis, but mine is beyond that. The same main ingredient camphor is in Tiger Balm's neck and shoulder rub, which is much stronger in strengh, if you need that. They both SMELL, though it dissipates, but you have to plan for the time when you can not get dressed yet, unless you want your clothes/bedding to smell medicated. (i use fabreeze to get rid of the smell if it attaches to anything) You do have to keep reaplying, so I'm going to try to make my own concoction of aleve gel liquid/moist cream. it supposedly works well per the folk out in cyber space. (this is after i just had a compounder make me a prescription batch which costs $110 for only 2 oz) No insurance help.

Apply locally to area of pain. I have sports injuries and I get immediate temporary pain relief. Use it to get by without ingesting too many other items for pain relief.

I have been using many pain relieves cream but they are not hold long then I found Joint Flex just right for me I already finished one tube and last week I ordered 2nd one next time when I see my bone doctor I will show to him and I believe he has a lots of such patients same as me.
