Guarantee: This battery is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship.  If a Kodak battery fails to perform to your satisfaction, we will replace it.  Any device damaged by this battery due to such defect will be repaired or replaced (at our option) if sent with the battery to Kodak.  Guarantee void if battery is recharged.  To claim, send prepaid to address on packaging along with your address and phone number, date of purchase and description of usage.  Replacement batteries will be mailed prepaid.  No cash refunds will be given.  Best if used by date on front.
