Marvelous at removing the smell of cat urine. Also good with grease & oil, if you live with a mechanic. Local retailers have stopped carrying it, so now I buy it by the case on the Internet.

This is NOT the same product as regular spray Febreze - This is added to the wash cycle along with detergent. With a brief soak cycle it is practically MIRACULOUS in its ability to remove odors! Heavily used sports clothing, urine-soaked linens (disabled or elder-care) -- hard to find on the West Coast, so great to be able to get it online!!

STS: I made up my own acronym for Stinky Towel Syndrome. You know, that smell that you can't get out of your towels no matter how many times you wash them. Sure, you can use bleach, but that doesn't work with dark colored towels. THIS DOES. This product is the best thing I've found for removing smells from washable fabric. Have you ever gone on vacation and left a load of laundry in the washer? That's the smell I'm talking about! One wash with this and it's gone. Also, I have very sensitive skin, and it has never irritated me. I highly recommend this product.

My husband works at an aquarium and comes home smelling like fish. Also my daughter every once in a while has an accident and the urine smell is horrible!! I just throw Fabreeze in the wash and all the smell is gone!! I love it! It's sad that I can only get it online. Wish they would sell it in stores. I tell all my family about it. My husband and daughter's clothes comes out smelling fresh. My husband has even gotten compliments on his fresh smelling uniform. I think more people at the Aquarium will be purchasing this product!!!

I bought this product with the intentions of using it on my husband's foul-smelling running clothes. It helps, but not as much as I thought that it would. I found that Arm & Hammer Super Washing Soda was so much better and it was only over [$] as opposed to [$] for Febreeze.

This product is fantastic, I can't believe how good my sports equipment smells! I play roller derby and my pads have a continuing stink that I have not been able to quite get out until now. I washed them twice in a row with Febreze Laundry Odor Eliminator and even after three wearings my pads smell awesome.

Pretreat: You may choose to pre-treat difficult-to-remove odors by placing the garment in hot water, adding one capful of Febreeze Laundry Odor Eliminator, and soaking. Then, continue with normal wash according to directions.
