I've been wearing liquid eyeliners since I was 18, so it's been almost 10 years and I consider myself pretty good at applying it.
This eyeliner is seriously just not good. The color isn't that bold, and I don't know why when I apply it on my eyelids, it creates tiny little black flakes that make the eyeliners look patchy and not smooth.
The best liquid eyeliner around this price is the Maybelline Line Stiletto, so don't waste your money on this.

I have used this eyeliner for some time, I love it because it is nice and neat. My skin is oily, so pencil eyeliner does not work well. I love this liquid eyeliner.

I love this type of liquid eyeliner...idk why they make those stupid liquid eyeliner "pens", when this is sooo much easier to use! I love the felt tip on this, however, this does make my eyes itch. my mom uses this, too, and it doesn't make her eyes itch, so I guess it just depends on the person; it's weird that it makes my eyes itch, though, because my eyes aren't sensitive. I prefer Maybelline Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner, but sometimes I can't find it & that's why I got this one. also, if you're a beginner @ using liquid eyeliner, then this is definitely going to be difficult for you to use...it takes time & practice for this type of eyeliner to become easy to use. another thing: any type of liquid eyeliner is never meant to be used on the waterline of your eyes; you can use pencil/gel liners for that. some people might think that the eyeliners that come in the pots are liquid, but they're not...those are the gel eyeliners you apply w/ eyeliner brushes (also NOT on the inside of your eye). anyway, this is good, if you're not allergic to it, but there's no way to tell if you'll be allergic to it, unless you try it.

I was looking for a replacement for my go-to liquid liner, which they seemed to have stopped making (Maybelline line stiletto), so I tried this. First of all, the brush was a lot more stiff than what I was used to, but that shouldn't be too much of an issue--I actually found this easier to apply than the line stiletto. However, right after I put it on, it burned/stung my eye! It literally felt like the liner was dripping down into my eye. I've never had that problem before with other liquid liners and my eyes are not super sensitive. I'm not going to say not to try this product, because maybe mine was just old or something, but I'm definitely not going to use this product again. I didn't leave it on long enough to see what type of finish it has (glossy, matte, etc.) so I can't comment on that.

I used the maybeline line works that came in the same container for years then they discontinued it. I have bought so many other eyeliners that did not work at all. Finally I found this! Goes on the exact same as the maybeline product. I like the control of the container, the tip is perfect for thin or thick lines. you can even go back and forth with it over the line you draw and it does not rub off. So many others do or they are too sticky and tear your eyelashes off when you remove them. this is the perfect balance of long wear and easy to take off.

I've been using this eyeliner for years. I've tried others for comparison but nothing beats this one. I love that it lasts all day and that it has a pointed tip to make thin and/or thick lines. A must have in my cosmetic case!

I use this everyday. For the price you pay this little eyeliner is amazing. It does tend to fade thorough out the day. It looks great when I first put it on at 8 am but I do notice after about 2 pm I would need a touch up if I want the same deep black eyeliner look that I started off with. You can have achieve thin, thick or smoky look with this eyeliner. Overall, I love the color, brush and price.

Love this liner. Easy to apply. Last aalllll day. The color and pigment is amazing and black black black. Easy to remove. Doesn't agitate my sensitive skin or eyes.

Very dark/rich. Very easy to apply. Very good staying power. This works just as well as the higher priced ones in [@], etc. but at a fraction of the price. Also, many eye makeup products bother my eyes as they're extremely sensitive and will water and itch with most covergirl and l'oreal eye products. This does not, nor do any of the other revlon colorstay eye products. Very happy with this eyeliner!
