It comes off light with one dip in the pan but is easy to build up so it would be great for all skin tones. The brush that comes with it is not the greatest for application but I just use my own blush brush and this applies wonderfully and the color is beautiful. The packaging is a bit bulky because it has a compartment for the brush but the product itself is great.

The brush is actually usable, and I keep it at work for touch ups during the day and events in the evening.

I really like this blush. I have light skin & dark hair & I never wear any shade of blush but pink. The multi-colors blend together great and just a tiny bit of the blush is needed for a natural rosy glow. It stays on all day & never looks cakey or turns color. This is a winner.
