Right after applying (with base) I felt like the powder sucked away moisture out of my face. Skin looks smooth but this sensation is intolerable. Also, the powder has sparkles which wasn't indicated in description.

This is the best powder I've ever used. I'm very fair skinned and it's hard to find a color that looks natural on me but this one is great. It's pale enough but the multicolored powder doesn't make me look too washed out. It's lightweight but has decent coverage without being completely opaque, doesn't irritate my skin and it has no smell. Some other brands perfume their powders which drives me nuts in something I'm going to be wearing under my nose all day.

I bought this to go along with the Creamy Natural mineral foundation. I carry this compact in my purse. I really like it a lot. I switched from the very expensive Jane Iredale minerals to Physicians Formula and couldn't be happier. The Physicians Formula works better for me because I have allergies & it has so few ingredients. All the products seem to have great coverage & last all day. I like the multi-colors because it helps to blend in perfectly with the skin tone. I have fair to nearly medium skin tone, dark hair & eyes. This color matches my skin tone very closely. I intend to keep using this. The only change I might make is to dispense this product with a fluffy powder brush rather than a powder puff.
May be worn alone or over makeup. Lightly pat on powder over face and neck to even out skin tone with a natural-looking finish. For the most even application, be sure to tap excess powder from puff before applying. For best results on dry to very dry skin, apply moisturizer prior to using powder.
