I purchased the Sand Beige, and it was a little darker than expected. I still use it because I am currently using one of my paler foundations. I won't buy the lighter shade only because it is a little drying on my face. If I were younger and my face was still oily, I would like this powder better.

At age 69 I still break out; went through all the products including Acutane, still acne came back. I found that with the use of a foundation and then this product, I can cover the breakouts pretty well. In fact, today, I received a compliment on how nice my skin looked! That's good to hear. Have used this product for about 3 years and am happy with it.

This product works well on my mixed skin types. The enclosed brush works well overall, but for times when more perfection is desired, and time available, a loose powder brush is good for some areas.

I am 70 years old and I found that this powder foundation works better and looks good longer than any product I have ever used. i have roscea and brown spots and with the use of the green coverup, my face looks very natural and all blemishes of any kind are covered. I get lots of compliments that I look younger and I have been asked what kind of makeup I use. I always recommend Physicians Formula to everyone, regardless of their age. My teen granddaughters use it and love it as it covers their acne so well.

It's not the most perfect powder as a foundation but it's by far the best as it gave me the least problems. My face did not break out when I use it, it stayed on unless I was outdoors the whole day and my skin gets greasy (something I've come to terms with). Since it's just a face powder, it doesn't really give very good coverage so if you're looking for something heavier, you might need to get something else. As for the pigmentation, my face color is now lighter but the powder sorta blends in with my skin color after a while, although I could see the initial color difference when I first applied this. Also, the brush that comes with it is too coarse for me, so I use my own brush that picks up more powder and application is easier.
May be worn alone or over makeup. Brush on powder evenly over entire face and neck to even out skin tone with a natural-looking finish. For the most even application, be sure to tap excess powder from brush before applying. For best results on dry to very dry skin, apply moisturizer prior to using powder.
