With the winter weather, we are seeing lots of mud and ice and puddles coming through the door and it's a simple way to clean up without having to bring out a mop. It also smells warm and cozy. While I like the scent, all I feel under my feet as I'm mopping is a sticky layer. Plus I don't feel like it's actually picking up dirt as much as it is spreading it around. Although it is much more work, I like my sponge mop because I can rinse and squeeze it under the faucet until it rinses clean and then dip the clean sponge mop into a bucket of cleaner/water that is just the right amount of each. You can't avoid sticky with the wet cloths. I don't know if the packaging is defect or if all packages are made like this now, but it's not good. I would definitely recommend it as it saves you time and effort. It is more expensive than a traditional mop and broom which is the only drawback, but I believe the time savings more than make up for the price.
