For tough spots I let the cleaner sit for a minute and that does the trick almost every time. I rarely have to use the scrubber. I still do a deep cleaning on the tile once a month, but this product keeps my floors looking great in between those cleanings. It's good for in-between cleanings, when I'm too lazy to break out a conventional mop and do a complete job. It also takes a lot of the product to clean one small kitchen and hallway, but that may be because the silly Swiffer pads absorb so much of it. I use it on my tiled kitchen floor and it gets the job done. Easy to use and you throw away the scrubber. Great product. Highly recommend. I could not live without having my swiffer wetjet handy to clean up after my dogs when I let them in from outside. It quickly and efficiently mops up any muddy footprints that get tracked in. Also, have the swiffer vacuum that doesn't pick up anything other than fur...light fur. Best Uses Comments about Swiffer Wet Jet Solution Refill with Febreze, Lavender & Vanilla, 42.2 oz: I stopped cleaning ... as my Swiffer Wet Jet just BROKE. Great product ~ but they constantly BREAK. I agree with all the reviews about BREAKAGE. We get caught in a cycle. We use the SWIFFER WET JET and so we buy replacement pads and fluid. Then the Swiffer Wet Jet BREAKS ~ always at the same spot. Since we spent money on the replacement products we buy a new Swiffer Wet Jet. And yes, sadly, that Swiffer Wet Jet BREAKS. They always seem to break at the same spot. I find this curiously disturbing. A) I'm certain that a company as large as Proctor and Gamble employs very skilled and highly educated engineers to design their products. B) I'm fairly certain that if I purchase Swiffer Wet Jets that are constantly breaking (always at the same spot on the device) ~ other consumers are also. C) The posted reviews of this product on Proctor and Gamble's Swifffer Web Site confirm this complaint about the device. D) Proctor and Gamble has not honored the consumers of their products by re-engineering the item to eliminate this flaw. So ... Is this "planned obsolesce" ? Why does Proctor and Gamble choose not to address the overwhelmingly common #1 problem with the Swiffer Wet Jet? As an American, and as a Consumer, I "vote with my wallet" when it comes to purchasing. I'm fairly certain most Americans do. Do you wish to retain customers Proctor and Gamble ??? Do you hear us Proctor and Gamble ??? I bought one years ago, when they first came out and used it but only about once a month. Now, we are in our rainy season and I use it just about ever day. I am now thinking about buying the steam one when we have some extra cash. My floors will appreciate it and so will I. My complaint is the new solution refill bottles. It states on the bottle that is fits the Swiffer Wet Jet whether it is new or old. I strongly disagree with this statement. I have quite a few refill solution bottles on hand and when I went to use one, it would not fit in the dispersing holder. Now I have 5 bottles, not cheap by any means and I'm unable to use them. Why did you change the bottle? A very unhappy customer.
