I add this to my morning smoothie. Never any taste, grit or calories, which is a good thing. I don't use it 3 times a day like it says on the label. I find that just one "dose" is enough for me.

Dissolves quickly, no grit, no taste and you only need 1 heaping teaspoon unlike other products which require two tsps (and therefore more expensive by weight). Good stuff and very very easy to fit into your diet. I added it to coffee and to juice and never noticed the difference to the taste or consistency.

This product needed a warning label about possible increase in flatulence. I've taken it in the morning for the past 3 days and at night I've gotten very bloated and gassy. I've done some research and the type of fiber used in this product causes this because it is not broken down before reaching the small intestine, but it DOES break down. This does NOT happen with the traditional "gritty" Metamucil. This may be "convenient" in that it dissolves well and can be mixed in with anything as advertised, but its not worth the embarrassment and discomfort in the evening.

Convenient way to get extra soluble fiber everyday. It mixes well with almost any liquid....coffee, tea, hot choc, juice, water. You can also add it food. I add it to my muffin recipes and to my morning smoothies. As a "weight watcher", it allows me to reduce the point values of things like hot choc or juice.

I put Fibersure in my coffee or hot chocolate every day. It works for me better than any other fiber supplement I've ever taken and I've tried a lot. Even better than prescriptions! I just wish I could find the 100 serving-size container that I used to get from my wholesale club - maybe drugstore.com can start carrying that size. I would definitely buy it!!

Being pregnant, I need all the help I can get. I have a few servings a couple times a day, usually in my morning beverage and at night in a cup of tea. Keeps things moving and comfortable, without the extra unnecessary sugar, calories, tastes (orange?! ICK!!), or bulk that come with other fiber products. It dissolves completely in liquid, even if you have a little more than the suggested dose, and dissolves faster in warmer liquids than cool. It is almost entirely tasteless, and isn't gritty and doesn't settle into lumpy clumps at the bottom of the class. Highly recommend it, and though a little on the pricey side, gram for gram of fiber, it is worth every penny if you need a little help.
