Mix in Liquid: Stir 1 heaping teaspoon briskly in 8 oz or more of water or other beverage. Product dissolves best in room temperature or warmer liquid, dissolvers slower in cold liquid. Not recommended for carbonated beverages

New Users: Start with 1 serving per day as your body adjusts to the extra fiber in your diet and gradually increase up to 3 servings per day
