I take 2 pills per day as I have just been diagnosed with osteopenia which is the first step away from osteoporosis. I am taking 2 pills each day to try to reverse the condition and I think that by taking them faithfully in time I will do just that.
I think that for the amount of pills that you get and with the strength of them that these are a great buy!
I have nothing negative to say about them.

I would advise the woman who reviewed this product and takes 2, twice a day to consult with her doctor. That's way too much calcium per day and could be harmful to her.

All in all I've been taking this product for over 20 years (2/day) and feel confident in the absorpton of the product. Reocmmended by gyns and primary care phyisicans.

I am 46 years old with Rheumatoid arthritis and could already feel my posture getting worse. After taking the Calcium for several months, I began to notice that I stood straighter and felt stronger in my body. As a result, I felt like being more physically active which has resulted in some needed weight loss. I definitely recommend this product to women concerned with bone loss.

Need the calcium for bone strength. It has the Vitamin D that helps absorb the calcium. I believe it is one of the better calcium products on the market.

I take 2 each morning and 2 each evening. At age 65, I need to insure that I take in sufficient Vitamin D every day. And the price here was the best I've seen.
