I got this to use when I was sitting in front of the tv. The picture is inaccurate, it's actually 3 pieces. The legs connect to the middle via another bolt & screw that allow it to wobble a little. The top screw is very hard to adjust. Or at least accurately. You twist for a while before you notice any change, and then it's very hard to screw any more, and the bike gets tough to pedal immediately. I haven't played with it enough to find the small range of light resistance.
