This product is not strong enough for me. It seems to wear off way too quickly! I like the Unisom in tablet form much better.

I took just one tablet (directions say 2) the other night and was asleep within ten minutes. I did not wake up or remember stirring before my alarm went off 7 hours later. I felt rested and not groggy at all. I would suggest starting with a half dose too if you are new to sleep aids. My sleep issues are not major, but occur when I go to bed and start thinking about work and other concerns. I start to feel anxious, and then I will toss and turn and be wide awake. It has been happening more frequently so I decided to try these. They are a little chalky, but the flavor is good.

I tried Unison sleep melts 4 times. An hour before bedtime. It didn't make me sleepy at all.
