I will not go back to using another mascara- MaxFactor 2000 Calorie is that perfect. I get the falsey, fanned out look every time, and cannot believe how much of a difference it makes in my look. I sometimes wipe off excess product for more of a natural look, but choose not to do so when going out at night. My lashes look lush, longer, fuller, so glam-- it's really unbeatable by most brands. I rank this up there with all the high end brands. There is no reason at all to spend extra money on fancy mascara. This works so wonderfully. I use 2000 calorie all the time. I feel so beautiful when I use it- you will too! I have pretty long, dark lashes, but this makes them look so lush and voluminous. I can rave about this till the cows come home...this is the perfect find.

I will try any product at any price point but I prefer this inexpensive mascara because it is THE BEST. It makes lashes look thicker, longer and very glossy. The coverage is controllable, less for day, more coats at night. It's perfect. For me, it's comparable to clinique mascara in the light blue tube - but even better!

This is the best mascara ever! I've been using it for over 10 years, nothing compares. I've tried every drug store and department store brand, I always go back to this. I have very small and sparse lashes, but people don't believe it or ask if I am using false lashes.

Wow this mascara is awesome. I was looking for a mascara I can use everyday that gives me volume and doesn't clump. I have tried it all from Covergirl to Mac to Dior....nothing compared to this mascara. It goes on smooth, gives great volume and DOES NOT clump. I bought this product after reading the review on here and don't regret it.

Love this mascara I just bought it recently the other day and I'm so happy I did. It gives volume like Lancomes definicils and definitely lenghtens like it too for half the price!!!! I will absolutely buy this again =)

What can I say! The best mascara I have found in 75 years of life! That's 3/4 of a century, guys!

This is my favorite. It is very hard to find. Hope they do not quit making it!

I was hoping the 2000 calorie would mean I would have thick looking lashes....not even close. Easily applied, nice color, but didn't give me thick lashes. I have long lashes so I don't need mascara to lengthen, just make them look fuller. Not only did I not have thicker looking lashes, when it dried, it became flaky and I had racoon eyes within a couple of hours. Not what I thought. Just not the right one for me. I will be going back to Maybaline's XXL volumizing mascara--that one stay's put, even in the humidity and really does volumize.

I've tried all of the expensive brands of macara and they aren't nearly as good as this one. I love the way it thickens and lengthens my eyelashes, and I can't stand the way my eyelashes look with any other mascara now.

I've worked in L.A. theatre for forty years. I've also modeled (as a teenager and, more recently, as an old broad). In all cases, I've needed a mascara that will lengthen my lashes and make my eyes really pop. This is the very best I've ever found. On occasion I'll try something a friend suggests, but I always come back to this one. One wonderful thing about this mascara is that it stays, even after tears, like waterproof mascara, although it's easy to remove. I don't know how Max Factor does it, but I'm glad it works so well!
