I have a gluten allergy. I take this brand of vitamins because they are gluten and yeast free. I like the fact that they are easy to swallow. Vitamin D is good for your immune system, perhaps as much or more than Vitamin C according to some recent articles that I've read.

80% of people who live north of Atlanta are vitamin D deficient from not enough sunlight. Vit D 3 has been proven to correct this. Naturemade products are USP certified(proven high quality and contain what they say they do) This product is a favorite for my family and I highly recommend it to all my clients as well.
