Will stop any cut from bleeding...I'm talking about cuts from shaving. This product also seems to help the cut on my face (if I cut myself while shaving) heal quicker than any other styptic I've used in the past. Highly recommended!

Great product, found it discontinued in the pharmacy aisle of a grocery, couldn't find it anywhere else for a long time. Found it on this site! Perfect for the inevitable little nicks you get when you have a coarse beard and sensitive skin.

The product is very hard to get the medicine activated. You are suppose to be able to bend it to activate. But it is extremely difficult to break the glass inside. Once activated, the product works very well and is simple to use. Definitely stops bleeding.

When my cat hits an artery, this little swab stops the bleeding immediately. Also useful when trimming your pets nails if you go a bit too far. Works quick and easy to use. Very Handy

I have used these for years for shaving and love 'em. Work great .
I now take Plavix and aspirin for my heart so minor nicks and cuts, shaving or otherwise, are a problem for me. Even a minor scratch or scrape is difficult to stop bleeding. I carry a package of these in my briefcase now along with my meds for emergency use. Really great because I travel a lot on business and always have these close by.
Hold swab with the colored ring end up. Bend the colored ring tip gently to one side, until it snaps, to release the liquid inside. Wait for liquid to flow down into white tip. Apply directly to affected area.
