Now, post-surgery, I chew 4 of these a day and my bloodwork is great - I have even been able to donate blood for the first time in my life - I never could before because my iron level was low. It is a convenient all-inclusive post bariatric vitamin that meets all my post surgery needs. I LOVED the taste....HOWEVER, they have recently changed the formula and I can hardly keep them down they taste SO BAD. I gag every time I have to take them. I have friends that don't take this product and they do not have as good results as I do. I always tell them about my optisource vitamin. They are very large chewable tablets taken with meals. The recomended dosage is 2-4 tablets per day. I feel great and have had no problems with chewing them or how they react to my new pouch. They taste great and I feel like I am getting everything I need without taking a ton of supplements.
