I take Life Force Multi Vitamin twice a day. I use to think it was no big deal if I didn't take them. But soon realized the difference they made in my daily performance, and energy levels. I've tried other brands, but haven't found any other Daily Vitamin that compares. I've been using Life Force for 3 years now and even though their a little higher in price ~ they are well worth the expense.
