I take Source Naturals Life Force daily. I specifically chose this item after extensive research into which multivitamin would be best for my needs (energy and boosting metabolism for weight loss). I found the Source Naturals brand to come highly recommended by a variety of sources for its great quality. I visited the Source Naturals website and there is a plethora of varieties so there should be no problem for anyone finding something suitable for their particular needs. One of my personal requirements is a multivitamin without iron (can't handle the unwated side effect iron is known to have). Not only does Source Naturals have several types of vitamins, but there are great options such as iron or no iron and tablets vs casules. I've been taking this vitamin for well over a year, religiously, and have not had any illnesses, not even a cold. The only two cons: I have the tablet version and I can tell you, once you open the bottle, it has a strong unpleasant odor which certainly makes me thankful I don't have to snort them for the vitamin's effect!! Secondly, most people are aware that multivitamins are big, and these tablets are no exception, sadly, the recommended daily dose is TWO tablets, allowing ourselves to gobble down two horse sized tablets (how lucky !!). Good vitamins aren't cheap, and these are no exception, especially since the daily dose is TWO tablets, but I guess one must pay for good health...and then swallow it :). I am willing to pay for something if it works, and I feel confident enough about this product to not only purchase it, but to write a review about it.
