Bottom Line: not recommended

I just started taking this supplement so I can't comment on the effectiveness. These tablets are large, but not overly so. But I find them nearly impossible to swallow! Don't usually have a problem with that but I choke on these every time. They're kind of chalky with no coating on them to make them go down more easily. I won't be buying this particular brand again.
