I use CeraVe cream on my hands and my face, two areas where my 55-year-old skin loses moisture. I love all Cera Ve products. This cream I use as a hand moisturizer durinng cool winter days when the air inside is very dry. Plus this product contains ceramides which are very beneficial for skin.
