I've been using the Benefiber mixes for several months now and I love them. I drink 3 a day. Besides the obvious fiber benefit I now drink a whole lot more water than I used to and I've broken my addiction to caffeine. They're sweet enought to take care of any cravings I may have for something other than plain water where in the past I would have turned to soft drinks or sweet tea.

This product is pleasant tasting--if you enjoy the taste of cherry gelatin. It's a bit too sweet, but that's tolerable. What isn't tolerable is that there is way too much red dye in this product. Good luck to you if you spill a single drop after mixing it in water! 3 measly grams of fiber are not worth having my lips, teeth, and tongue stained red, like a little kid who has been drinking Koolaid®. Unless I'm sitting in the privacy of my home with a toothbrush on standby, I'm not going to be consuming this product again any time soon.

I drink this after my breakfast and I don't feel hungry for hours. On occassion I might have it to curb cravings. This flavor is my favorite. I would incorporate this in to my daily routine except that I have reservations about consuming Aspertame.

Unlike other instant drink sticks, the cherry pomegranate has a great strong cherry taste. It mixes easily in water, I use it as a slushee with crushed ice. The fiber also helps me with my diet. I usually drink 3-4 packages a day. Great alternative to drinking soda!
