The product stopped working after a month. The power was still there because I could reverse the feed, but couldn't use the auto feed function. It's like the sensor that knows when paper is being fed into the machine is broken because it stopped excepting the paper feed. It is also too small and not powerful enough for my needs.

small, limited use, shreds are large. works ok but would look for something that shreds smaller and is bigger. not what i expected.
