I had the generation before this, and I liked it a lot.. this one is less bulky, which is nice, and heats up very fast. It also gets much hotter, which could be a good or bad thing.

this product is good. i've only used it twice. but it wont work on dry hair, it will snag it if you do. but on healthy hair it works fine!

First time user of a flat iron. Did not know what to get or how to use one. I love this one even though it is a bit wide. I love how my hair looks and I love how I can still get a slight curl at the end if I want one. I only wish it came with a cover for travel but I like how it locks closed. I highly recommend for the money.

This is a very nice and durable flat iron. it is VERY inexpensive. It is like getting salon hair at home. I have the thickest curliest hair ever! And it cut my straightening time in half! It is a great product. two thumbs up. 5 stars. excellent! definitely recommend for ANYONE! it is a bit in the bigger side, but totally worth it!

I have only had this flat iron for about 3 weeks so I can't comment about it's longevity, but it has worked great so far. It heats up quickly and doesn't dry out my hair. And it is pretty cute with the pink heating surfaces. But best of all, it won't break the budget.
