I tried a number of other ways of supplementing with calcium, and they generally involved large pills that were hard to swallow or chocolate flavoring that tasted fake. These gummy tablets are quite tasty and easy to take. My only complaint is that they are a little too tasty--I have to remind myself that they're not snacks! If you're having trouble finding calcium that you don't dread taking in the morning, I would definitely try this product.

I need more calcium in my diet, as I'm prone to osteoporosis in my upcoming years. I also had pretty bad leg cramps, which I heard calcium aids. The cramps went away successfully, but these were pretty gross to eat. Only if you're a fan of gum drops and chalky fake fruit taste you'll like these...though, I got my calcium (and I didn't have to choke down monster pills) and that's what really mattered to me. I prefer the pricier alternatives that taste better!
i know other women who hate to take pills, and i have got them all to start taking these. ever since i got breast cancer all my doctors have told me how important Vitamin D is. and calcium is important to every woman.
Calcium tablets would upset my stomach. These taste great and are very easy on my stomach. Recent test for Vit D levels indicated mine were right where they needed to be....in the cloudy NE!!
I didn't take my calcium supplement as my Dr prescribed because I hated the huge pills, and the chocolate chews were not good. I love the fruit flavored chews, and I'm taking my calcium regularly so the price isn't even an issue. I put 3 in a little container, and I take them throughout the day. Love these!
I'm lactose intolerant, so these gummies are a blessing. I've taken the other chocolate chews on the market and I always end up with an upset stomach. I'll have to also say that the Vitafusion brand is legitimate, I've had a bioscan conducted on my skin for another vitamin brand ($140.00 per box) that I had been using. I stopped using that brand and switched to Vitafusion for approximately 6 months and didn't tell my chiropractor about it. He conducted the bioscan and my results were better than they had ever been with the expensive junk he had been selling me.
I have tried other brands of calcium and I found most of them were big size and not easy to swallow. I recived this bottle today and try one, OMG, it taste very nice, just like eating candy. If you really don't like the regular one, must try this out. You will fall in love with it.
A delicious way to add calcium. I never "forget" to take my calcium because these are so yummy. In addition, they are so easy to chew vs. a nasty "horse" pill. I love all the VitaFusion products!
My physician is getting on to me because I do not take my calcium tablets regularly. I keep a bottle a work and one a home. These taste so good, that you WANT to take them.
