My husband & I both used our first one for 6 years with no problems! It hangs on the wall near our sink handy and out of the way. We are now using our 2nd one almost a year with no problems. True, at our age we only use it about every other day, but we were still very happy with it! Oh yes, easy to install on the wall.

Product not as shown - NO COOL SHOT FEATURE/BUTTON Shows 1600 watt - product is actually 1200/1600 watt and requires an allen wrench to select wattage. A bit dissapointed in the product information - returning product
