Excellent Product, would not fly without it. I am not a nervous flyer, but this really take the edge off. I tried flying once without and it was the worst flight ever. It will however cause drowsiness, but when I am flying I prefer to sleep anyway!

As far as I'm concerned, Dramamine is the gold standard for motion sickness protection. I have been using it for years, and I would never fly without it. Take it 30 minutes to an hour before the flight, and you are good to go. No more puking into the bag! Dramamine does cause drowsiness, so I would not recommend it for cruises. But it is perfect for flying where there is not much else to do but sleep.
