The first time I used it, I woke up with virtually no neck pain. I use it regularly now. Good product. Best Uses Comments about IMAK HappiNeck, Orthopedic Neck Support, Cream, 1 ea: I was having a upper body (neck, shoulder) pain and thought this might help alleviate some of the pain. However, it just doesn't work for me. It's too bulky for my neck and if anything, using it too long makes the pain worse. It feels like there's a rock behind my neck. It's not soft enough. I don't have chronic pain so I thought if I used something like this it might prevent chronic pain in the future. I know it works for some, but for me it just doesn't cut it. I think it is a personal comfort issue and there probably isn't anything really wrong with the product. It's just not the right fit for me. I wouldn't be able to recommend this product but I would be able to suggest they check this out and see if it's a fit.

I'm a petite 5'4" 115 lb girl, I don't think I have a thick neck, so I'm not sure why this pillow didn't fit well for me. When I put it on, it slowly slips off and does not even stay on my shoulders. The only way I can get it to stay on is if I'm sitting against something like a wall which I can push my head back on so that the pressure keeps the pillow sandwiched between my neck and the wall.
