I have 2 teenage girls, one has suffered with acne since 5th grade the other started in 9th grade. I have spent thousands of dollars on products that only help temporarily, we did not change shin care and only after 2weeks of taking these vitamins both girls seen improvement. After one month my daughter with minor acne breakouts has completely clear skin. My daughter with severe acne now only has a couple of pimples and continues to improve. YAY!! Yes the pills are big and take some getting use to but its impossible to get results without a little sacrifice and effort;)keep in mind refined sugar and white bread are big acne contributors, I do not purchase white bread or pasta and have cut my girls sugar intake, plus a min. of 6 glasses of water a day. I WISH I HAD THESE VITAMINS WHEN I WAS A TEENAGER!!

I am an adult woman who suffered from digestion problems and adult acne. I say suffered in the past tense because this vitamin and supplement combo has resolved those issues for me when OTC meds did not. I know it says teens but there is no other vitamin that I could find that has the acne fighting remedy combined with probiotics. I've used them for over 2 years, but I no longer take the 3 a day dosage. One a day seems to keep my symptoms away. I have had much better immunity, too.

Just adding another vote to make these smaller with a coating. My son can take them but doesn't really need them. My daughter says they smell like cat food and she chokes on them. Cutting them in smaller pieces doesn't work because they are left sharp and still too wide. RL, you have a great product. Please release a version for those who can't tolerate the taste, smell and size!!

The ingredients are perfect for my active 14yo daughter, but they are very large and difficult to swallow. The taste is horrible, and they often get stuck in her throat, which makes them not worth taking any longer. We'll be back when they decrease the size and add some kind of safe coating to make them smoother and easier to swallow.

These things are HUGE. My son used to take 5 pills at a time and I didnt realize these are an inch long and thick, even when cut in half with a pill cutter were hard to swallow and then tasted fishy really bad. Have no use for the 2 bottles I bought.

bought 2 bottles, one for son and one for daughter. they are 13 & 17. HUGE disappointment as soon as first bottle opened - I didnt think of the SIZE. they should show a picture of them on the site or bottle - these things are huge. Easily inch + long and thick. Daughter cut in half with pill cutter and Still couldnt swallow it.
Someone else mentioned on here they were big but my son had cancer as a child and could take five pills at once so figured how bad could these be? BAD.May be great nutritionally but waste of money if cant use them. THUMBS DOWN. Stinks like fish too

My preteen daughter started having problems with her face breaking out about a year ago. We've been to the doctor, and he gave her a topical antibiotic. It helped some, but not that much. I've also tried numerous OTC products, none of which did anything.
